There are lots of medical conditions out there to get you. They can be a bit hard to take, especially when one has lived a 'healthy lifestyle'. Upside, if there is any, active adults may avoid some of them - that's the best to be expected.
At least that's my experience.
But I have memory loss, dementia, & cancer - so what do I know.
