In terms of extracting the .fit files from any device, that is easy. You simply plug the device (Garmin, Wahoo, Hammerhead, whatever) into your computer and find the relevant .fit file for the ride you want.

As for RWGPS, not sure in that particular case, I never use GPS nav on my rides; I have never needed to.
