From what I gather Poyner was a bicycle shop that assembled bikes in Wolvershire UK using some of England finest frame builders and branding them with their own name.That was a very common practice at one time. Using your serial numbers will help you identify the builder of the frame .....Mike Logan, Bob Jackson. and Harry Quinn are all RUMORED to have built frames for Poyner. I imagine you have a jewel and treasure with out seeing it.Very fine paint from the ones Ive seen
