I assumed they were rack braze ons but I haven’t encountered that type/location previously. It seems like a nice touch. I suppose this wouldn’t have the investment value of the Kellogg. I can’t put my finger on it but there is something cool about it that I like.
I need to take a personal day and do some PA bike shopping. Maybe check them both out.
