Nope, that fork can easily handle the torque of that drum brake reaction arm. Over the last 15 years I have put over 10,000 miles on my 1972 Raleigh Super Course equipped with a Sturmey drum brake hub. No issues at all with fork flex under braking. I'm not sure I would have set up that Paramount that way, though,
