Nice riding that is hilly but not difficult and similar to where Datlas rides, maybe slightly gentler, is further east in the Kettle Moraine area, like LaGrange, WI. Think cheese and dairy.
Ooh I had forgotten that there's a 70 mile route through Kettle Moraine South that I've always wanted to do. Thanks for the reminder
Last year I did a 200k that went mostly north/south through central/central-east WI. Best route I've ever ridden.
