Exactly the same here, but my dad was/is a weekend napper. I’ll be the same today. Got up at 6:00, and ran out to snap some pics during the golden hour, then did my ride, had lunch and went for a swim, and now set to doze on the couch.
Not many athletic genes in our family.
I have athletic genes in my family - one grandfather was a professional basketball and baseball player in the Teens, and HIS father was a world-class professional sprinter back when it was a betting sport (1880s). But I also have a lot of Couch Potato in my ancestry as well.
It's like longevity - yeah, one Great Grandmother lived to be 100! Another died at 64. One grandfather lived to be 93! The other one went at 69.
