Really didn't feel like going out tonight, and it was reflected in a slower pace and lower average heart rate. But I won't be riding Wed, Thurs, or Friday this week, and then for the rest of October I will probably only be able to ride on weekends due to work travel. Need to pack in the miles now that I can.
