Cino ain't about perfection and you won't be alone being 'under biked'.
If it were me, I'd lower that seat just a little, raise the bars at bit and use a clincher wheel set w/28mm's - something tough like gatorskins.. Pump em up hard to avoid pinch flats and you're good to go.

Oh, and don't forget to tighten those chainring bolts!
