It's a little strange to me that a Miyata touring bike will only fit 30mm tires. It probably would fit something wider in 650b. I don't think I would let the existence of some tubular wheels dissuade me from a more mainstream choice.
Grant is looking for 30-mm tubulars; doesn't want anything larger.
