If you're specifically looking for knobbies, there really aren't a lot of options. CX tubulars are a pretty niche market, and 33mm is the norm. You might look at FMB: some of their CX knobbies are available as narrow as 28mm, although it might require contacting them as a special order.

If your riding doesn't require knobs, there are plenty of road tubulars that will fit your bike.
