Rage riding? Yes, please. It's much healthier than the coping mechanisms of my youth, which included drinking and breaking stuff (not necessarily simultaneously). Good for a few PRs, too!
When I ride on a regular basis, I'm less prone to rage to begin with. It's also helped me work through emotionally unpleasant experiences without resorting to more negative coping mechanisms.
That's not to say that rage riding is frequent; but, a good effort helps me feel like I have control over something.
