I mean, you’re not wrong in your comments. I can’t speak for the OP, but for my money butted spokes are a worthwhile upgrade.
I understand but I see used rim, experimental build, front wheel - why spend the $10? I’m an accountant, 30-40% more expensive is something if it is for overkill. But for the parameters mentioned, I wouldn’t have commented.
