Whats the contingency you were hoping for? We are trying to get my parents to move into my neighborhood. It’s already extremely hard to move into, and my parents want the contingency that only if their house sells will they follow through. I told them it would never work. We shall see.
The sale of my home is contingent upon myself finding a home to buy. I lost the last house because they didn't want to wait 30 days for their money on closing of my sale.
