Not that it is really going to matter to me because I'm never going to wear a jersey over a skinsuit in a TT, but when you say "event," do you mean that the only race scenario that you are supposed to wear a State Championship jersey in is next years State Championship in the same discipline? Or if you won it in a TT, you can wear it to race TTs in general?
