Punctuation is overrated especially when using a phone.
punctuation makes it easier to understand for your reader which is polite and considerate even if things can be understood without or wtih tyops and slang and whatevs its much easier with all the marks that are supposed to be there for a reason
Of course, I also find that the people who type correctly at work are also the ones who do all the other things correctly and have much more attention to detail in other areas. It's important.
