The TT on mine should be level, but the fork is not original. Some time in the past, the fork got swapped for this one which is Tange Prestige. I'm guessing the original headset failed as they did on occasion. The original headset had a smaller crown race size. I guess the new headset on a different fork was the quickest solution. It should have a fork that matches the frame with a chrome crown like this one that I am touching up the paint on. This frame/fork was given to me by another member. I am building it up with inspiration from his builds. That's just old housing I was using to get a mock up/vision of what it will look like.
