Some honey something cereal for breakfast
Chive/Onion cream cheese on whole wheat toast with a slice of tomato and wild smoked salmon for lunch
Fage 2% greek yogurt with flax seed granola
Then some pretzel sticks with Nutella
3 pieces of thin sliced chicken breasts with broccoli for dinner and a few grapes
187lbs and gaining. Yeeehaw.
