Eating oatmeal right now with a large protein shake. Had a monster PB sandwich before my tempo ride around 3am.
For some reason I lost about 2 pounds since Saturday. Don't know how. Don't know why. I really ate a lot. I just wonder if it's dehydration. So I'm going to polish off a gallon of water today. I drank that much or more yesterday, but still woke up at 160 this morning.
