Junior gear restriction gone. UCI update to TT rule to make the tall folk exemptions more fair, IMO. No real change for avg height folks. Also a bit of "relief" they chose to define the extension/pad thing so that modern super extensions wouldn't become outlawed due to the older language if they had chosen to interpret it.
