I would clean up what you can, fit the proper Campy pieces, and use as many well lit, good photos as possible if you are listing it on eBay. Like anything, prices fluctuate...but also, think about the best time for when the auction will end, so that bidders will be home and tuned in. Describe it in detail, and include specific component names and all the sizing info. It should bring a decent price.
