Sound like the cones need to be adjusted , you can do this yourself http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help/ or you can take it back to your LBS and let them do it .
I think that the CXD5 wheels I got come with sealed Japanese bearings, I imagine that means I do not have cones to adjust?
