After taking time to go over all the pro's and con's with each position with my wife I decided to stay where I am. The owner and I met for just about a half day going over the issues we've been having. He finally admitted what I've know for a while now that he really doesn't want to own the business any more. I've watched his lack on interest in the business hurt us over the last year, and that's what pissed me off the most. I told the owner part of my job now is to get the business sold so he can do something else. I've spoken with our two largest customers already and both have interest in exploring an opportunity to purchase the company. So we'll see how thing progress over the next few months.
