On my prescribed easy week. Went swimming, and the neighborhood pool is nearly a hot tub. Even for me.
I was on a low mileage week last week but may go even lower this week.
1. I’m tired; no days off since sometime back in June.
2. Avastin injection tomorrow so I won’t ride on that day.
3. Nothing but 90s and high humidity after that.
