I was on a low mileage week last week but may go even lower this week.
1. I’m tired; no days off since sometime back in June.
2. Avastin injection tomorrow so I won’t ride on that day.
3. Nothing but 90s and high humidity after that.
Enjoy. I need a light week too and I lack reasons 1 and 2. HRV was in the red zone this a.m. and it's either training or COVID.
