So, even at the World level, they will have a minimum number of minutes rest between events. I think it's officially at least 30 minutes. So, they might do something like:
Omnium: Scratch Race
Keirin Qualifying heat 1
Omnium: Tempo
Keirin Qualifying heat 2
Omnium: Elimination
Keirin Qualifying heat 3
Omnium: Points race
