The hard way to swap drop and aero bars on either style bike is by removing 4 bolts from the stem then removing the bars from the stem. The easy way for a standard bike is to have a stem dedicated to each handlebar. That way, you just loosen the stem's clamp on the steerer and remove the steerer cap and swap like that. The same goes for using the TK1 / TK FRD Bayonet system. If you leave a stem AND a "foot" (that attaches to the frame) dedicated for each bar, then it's as simple as removing 3 bolts.

A slight edge goes to the Bayonet system being that you don't have to deal with steerer tube spacers or centering the bars.

One note: If you have a standard bike, you should already have a separate stem for your aerobars anyway because of the drop and reach differences between the types of bars. If you are using the same stem (or same stem dimensions) for both aero and drop bars, one of those setups is probably waaaay out of wack for your fit.
