Saturday, San Clement to Oceanside and back via Camp Pendleton - 2 hour endurance
Sunday, the Back Bay in Newport Beach plus river bike paths - 2 hour endurance
Tuesday, Carson Velodrome, warmup, jumps and 3x 750m ANO2 efforts. The track workouts do not seem like much when written on paper but at the time, they seem really hard and generate a lot of fatigue.
