I'm a bit conflicted since I started a month later and I dont know if I want to build more base or do race prep for VoS in February. It's really the TT that matters so I can do some longer intervals and ride the TT bike and keep up some volume. But my fitness won't be tip top either. Not sure what to do TBH. So much is in the air right now with drama/politics surrounding my club's race team (TBD at a 1/6 meeting) and the omicron variant running rampant. I guess we'll see how this all works out.
VOS is like the least punchy course ever. IMO you are prob fine focusing on longer intervals for the TT and keeping volume high.
