Its slow, but I never made a serious assault on it.
It's kind of turned in to a default course for me if I'm not feeling like crap. It's a good duration and I've come to appreciate the power/HR/time info for each segment/turn - it breaks the course up in to digestible chunks and makes it easy to do quasi-intervals. I did Ventoux the other day, which has no such niceties, and it just sucks in comparison.
