Depends on which specific GRX components you are talking about. If a GRX FDR, then I'd check the specs. But for a rear DR, probably not an issue. What matters for that crank is what the Chain Line of the rear is. And to a lesser extent that the front DR can work with the Chain Line that the crank is. Your DuraAce road crank is probably a 43.5mm chain line. So what is your rear wheel's cassette set up to handle? Probably about 43.5 on that old a frame. But I'm guessing.
