I believe their "Harmony" may be made by Dennis Bushnell in Seattle, who fabricated the lion's share of James Weaver's original Opus Counterpoints (including yours) as well as a few of the three-seat "Waltz" bikes where the third rider sits recumbent style but facing backwards.
Bilenky's version of the Counterpoint, aka, their Viewpoint, has a number of improvements over the Opus IV.
