A very long project bike of mine is actually an old CAAD3 frame that I stripped, repainted, added a carbon fork to, and am decking out with parts I have lying around- a mix of 11sp 105, 11sp Ultegra, Praxis crank, Ultegra brakes, 105 cassette, and random cockpit pieces too.
The paint process took way too long and I dont love the end result of clearcoat as it isnt as even/smooth as I hoped, but its an amateur job so it is what it is.

I have to cable the thing and toss it on my trainer to dial in the fit still.
