Just finished my first ride on my Chou Yang Speed Shark tires. I'm not sure if they were as speedy as my GP4000's with latex tubes, but they were fine. Very smooth. Details: total bike and rider with equipment, about 240 lbs. 28's on narrow rims, 85/81 psi. Kevlar bead/ Kevlar belt. $34 for two on Amazon. They were fast enough to win a sprint (barely) against an angry farm dog.
I'll have to look when I get home but I think I have a couple pairs of those. I started out very pleased but the rolling resistance went up as they wore in. They aren't horrible, but the assometer don't lie.
