Buncha stuff tonight:
Started converting the MTB back to trail use, from the commuter duty it's been pulling the last few years. Took off the rack and mud guards, and the light kit, and swapped out the saddle for something with a little more clearance (because hardtails) Stuck in some fresh brake pads while i was at it.
Put the racks and commuter saddle on the 'townie' bike. Had to fab up a center mount for the rack since it doesn't have them on the seatstays. Made 3 different mounting brackets for the rear blinky light, since i broke the first two attempts.
Also went out a picked up a 24" bike off Marketplace for the 10-year-old. Gave it a shakedown ride, tuned the brakes, and gave it some much needed cable management.
Lost and found the 5mm allen key more times than I can count
