Okay, I'll play this game. Here is a report from the non-partisan Congressional Research Service on real wage trends in the US. Lots of info, but you can see the takeaway on page 4: at the 50th percentile (i.e., roughly the median), the real wage rate grew by a whole 8.8% in the forty year period from 1979 to 2019.

Here is some very recent BLS data which shows that the real median wage in the US has actually fallen slightly over the last 12 months.

Facts are fun.
