No difference from a fully plugged nose (clipped) and an expanded nose, heck the expanded nose was non-significantly worse (C is plugged, A is nasal dilator).

That's not bad for meds.
That all may be true, but it is definitely nice just to be able to breathe through my nose during hard efforts and not feel congested.
