yes, both sets of w/b are additions

as are downtube stops for handlebar controls

not visible in image are likely added bottom bracket cable guides, replacing the Jubile original

note that person who performed the reworking left the no-slide pibb in place

the full-sloping crown is likely a Harrington rather than a Davis or Cinelli

here is an image of the Davis model full sloping crown on a Professional model followed by one showing the Harrington model crown on a Super Tourer:


if you could see it straight on from the front or back you would see how strikingly thin it is vertically midway between the socket for the steerer and the plugs for the blades

lug pattern is BOCAMA Professional, as employed on the Super Tourer model of 1974; U.S. market catalogue page -



subject bicycle exhibits the Huret ends of the Super Tourer and its half-chrome taper tubes

if you were to check shell width you might find it to be 66.5 rather than 68
