I've always struggled with excess body fat - I'm skinny fat. I got down into the high 150s back in 2016, when I was focusing solely on road racing.
Since taking up track a few years ago, my weight has climbed, hitting almost 180 this year. But the good news is that I did not have to buy larger clothes. And I'm trying to watch what I eat so I'm back down in the high 160s.
