did 4hrs on the trainer yesterday, what a slog, mainly a saddle comfort issue, if it weren't for that it would be a lot easier to handle. I skipped out on CX racing this week because it's been raining all week, and was raining yesterday morning on a course that even in dry conditions can be a butt kicker. no need to go suffer and have to clean off mud for a mid-pack finish lol
