Saturday, 3x10' climbing threshold efforts on Soledad that was supposed to be 4 but I had two flat tires and Sunday was a 1.5 hour endurance ride. The weather was okay but Saturday the roads were wet, hence the flats and Sunday cool. I threw in two gym workouts to boot.
My legs felt pretty good on Sunday even after two back to back days of threshold work.
