I imagine I can do intervals using the free wahoo app and erg mode, just increasing the setting on the app, like wise set up zone 2 rides that way as well. I really don’t know what to expect as far as my riding time will go. In my head I picture 15 mins whenever I get a chance. I am hoping I will be allowed outside every now and then, but i’ll prolly be limited to an hour, 90 mins max. It will be a big adjustment for sure. This is also why I am focusing on so much volume now. My monthly mileage has increased since May, and I hope I can keep that up til the due date.
After Zwift, I can't imagine using a stationary trainer without the visual component, even for just a short interval session.
