Although interesting, I find this part of your post to be the most concerning. What is the advantage to having a valve that can be pressed outside of the stove? The screw on canisters are self sealing and mostly idiot proof. With a valve that can be pressed to release fuel, you have to have a valve cap or you risk not having fuel when you need it. I just don’t see the advantage.
