Slacker. I'm still getting warnings from my watch in the middle of the night every time I stay below 40 bpm for over 10 minutes at a stretch - sometimes 4-5x per night.
I've never used a watch to monitor my sleep but I'm very curious since I'm taking a multivitamin but still wake up tired every morning and LoP does too. I briefly wore a fairly cheap FitBit knock-off but that was before I was on blood-pressure medication and I was reaching the cardio range during family disputes on holidays. What kind are you wearing and was it crazy expensive?
