For a while I have had an itch to sell my Lemond and get an Italian bike. I just ran into this Guerciotti, but I know almost nothing about Italian bikes, but something is very odd. The owner says it is a mid 1980's bike, but it has a Shimano 105 groupset (at least it has a 105 rear derailleur and brakes). Also, the tires (I can not read the name on the wheels) are 700 x 28. I know that on my old cannondale, I could not have got a set of 700 x 23 on that rear let along 700 x 28. Any thoughts; the paint is beautiful. He is asking $400.
