I think the problem is that the URL you posted (at least as it came through in my browser) was a secure (
https://...) URL. The site appears (amazingly enough - this is 2021 after all) to not use SSL/TLS. This URL works for me:

I don't think copy/paste will be necessary. And I can't see them objecting to a link to their website.
Edit: I have HTTPS Anywhere installed in Brave (or Brave does it automatically), so even the above link fails for me, since there is no SSL/TLS URL for Chopper Surplus. If this happens to you, just edit the URL and remove the "s" of "https".
