I set a goal and became committed to weight loss. I wanted to try the intermittent fasting and set a goal to get in two fasted days per week. I then added fasted morning high intensity workouts.
Intermittent fasting reduced the amount of food purchased each week. Also, I think the fasted HIIT sessions have an impact on weight loss. I think it is just a better workout for me.
