Tuesday, Velo Sports Center structured track workout with coach. Warmup, flying kilo accelerations, 20’ (53 laps) in pursuit position 24.5 mph and then 5x500 meter flying max efforts in a team of 5 taking turns leading out.
Today, Fiesta 30on/30off plus tempo
