They are inexpensive for a reason.
Pass on them and get standard Shimano, LOOK, or Speedplay clipless pedals. You can get Shimano pedals for cheap or pay more for super nice bearings. Look for older SPD-SL pedals that don't have carbon body, like the Dura Ace PD7810 or the Ultegra variant if you want nice bearings. But the base model stuff is very good, too.
When you start getting picky about having "nice bearings", then you'll need to reach for your big wallet
