I went back to work full time last summer after 6 years semi-retirement and working part time. Three year contract salary position, no overtime or official comp time. My boss is very understanding if I leave early or take a day off to go riding. I make it up by being available after hours and weekends. He recruited me back to work and knows that cycling is a major part of my life style. Win\win for both of us. I'm working for my former employer and was my bosses supervisor for 25 years before I retired.
